Lucy’s contributions to eviFile will focus on key areas including governance and operational rigour, performance enhancement, and fostering a high performance culture with a focus on reward and recognition. Her strategic insights and hands-on experience will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational efficiency and overall employee experience.
