Plans have been submitted for the development of 289 homes, and a small commercial office space scheme on an 11 acre site adjacent to the Salts Mill World Heritage Site in Saltaire on the outskirts of Bradford.
Leeds-based developer Artisan Real Estate has submitted the ambitious plans which include a sizeable riverside park that will link the development to the River Aire, providing woodland, grasslands and lawns to act as a natural flood water storage area.
The proposal will first require demolition of the former unused five-storey HMRC building.
