Ilkley-based Talk Straight Limited, trading as Schools Broadband, have acquired Essex ISP, United Network Technologies.
Talk Straight is one of the largest education focused ISPs in the UK, and is now able to add this acquisition to its double-digit organic growth during the last four years.
