Brandfixx, the world’s greenest vehicle branding company, has been highly commended at a prestigious national award ceremony recognising its transformative approach to the industry.
The Hull firm based in Rotterdam Road, which only launched in 2020, has already won a string of accolades for its innovative panel-by-panel approach to branding and is now celebrating one of its biggest accolades to date.
Brandfixx, owned by father and son team David and Greg Saunderson, was highly commended in the Innovation Award category at last week’s UK Graphic Awards.
Greg Saunderson, Brandfixx managing director, said: “It is amazing to once again be recognised for the transformative work we are doing in the vehicle branding sector. Over the last few years, we have won a range of different awards but to be recognised at the UK Graphic Awards feels like it takes us to the next level.
“We have loved the industry recognition we have already gained but this award pushes us beyond that, placing us as pioneers in the marketing sector.
“These awards are incredibly prestigious and the win proves just how transformational our Brandfixx product is and gives us confidence that even greater things are to come for our dedicated team.”
Instead of ‘wrapping’ vehicles, the Brandfixx solution is modular. It was invented by the team after decades of working with traditional wraps. It has many benefits including its versatility and significant cost and time savings. It also uses more than 73 per cent less carbon than the traditional process.
According to the latest independent research commissioned by the firm, the design, print and fit of each Brandfixx kit uses just over 2KgC02e. In contrast, more than 8KgC02e is emitted using the traditional wrapping method.
Brandfixx has already won the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) Yorkshire and Humber Business and Product Innovation prize this year and was a finalist in the national What Van? Awards 2022
The Hull firm also won its second Hull and East Yorkshire People in Business Award (HEYPIBA) in as many years after being named as the best team in the region earlier this year.
