Just three months after becoming an independent estate agency North Residential has opened a second branch in Pocklington.
The opening forms part of plans to drive growth for the Harrogate-based practice, which rebranded away from national chain Knight Frank after 15 years.
In September last year business leaders Harlan Pollitt and Daniel Rigg announced the breakaway while launching the North Residential rebrand and have since been able to invest more autonomously whilst retaining and growing its client portfolio.
Mr Pollitt said: “Opening of a new branch in Pocklington fits into our criteria as a highly desirable area to live at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds with full coverage of the York area.
“We operate as an independent company with no external funding or debt and we are extremely well placed to expand the North Residential brand into more prime locations. We anticipate around 60% year-on-year growth with at least three new office openings a year, and are looking forward to announcing further new locations very soon.”
Scott Holley, who used to work for Galbraith and Savills, has been appointed to lead the team at Pocklington.
