Enjoy Digital appoints new head of delivery and project lead

Digital experience and performance agency, Enjoy Digital, has appointed Tosh Balding as head of delivery and Jess Nicholls as project lead, to streamline its project delivery process and support with its next stage of growth, following a series of big client wins.

With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, Tosh joins Enjoy Digital in the head of delivery role to support the project management team and oversee the direction and delivery of all client projects. Prior to his appointment, Tosh spent over a decade working at IMA Home, and was instrumental in the agency’s expansion.

Tosh is looking forward to settling in and getting to know the new team. Speaking of the new role, he said: “Enjoy takes pride in delivering high-quality solutions and I’m excited to join a team that shares my energy and commitment for such high standards of project delivery. I look forward to working with our talented team and putting my skills and experience into practice as we continue to enhance the delivery experience for our clients, ensuring we provide optimum value, always.”

Jess Nicholls joins the company as project lead with over 12 years of experience in digital transformation, having also previously worked at IMA Home. Throughout her career Jess has always held delivery focussed roles, working as a project manager, predominantly in marketing and advertising, with additional experience in financial services. In her new role, Jess will be responsible for managing platform-based projects and enhancing team operations, while bringing empathy and clear communication to all her key stakeholders.

Speaking of her new role, Jess said: ”As project lead I’m excited to start working with the team on all of our upcoming projects. I look forward to supporting my colleagues in enhancing processes that build on our high standards, and hope to make a positive impact on both them and the agency’s clients.”

Alex Ellis, Managing Director at Enjoy Digital, said: “Over the last 14 years, Enjoy has successfully delivered hundreds of digital projects for our clients, so delivery has always been an integral part of our offering. And with ambitious and exciting growth plans in place for 2023, we’ll continue to invest in our exceptional delivery team, to help manage a project pipeline that is ever-growing in diversity, scale, and complexity.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Tosh & Jess previously at IMA Home, and I’m delighted about their appointments. Their experience will be key to adding value for our clients and realising our growth plans. The future looks incredibly exciting at Enjoy!”
