Associated British Ports has appointed Sanyalax Morrison to the newly-created role of Group Head of Procurement.
Joining ABP from her role as Strategic Procurement Director at National Highways, Sanyalax brings extensive procurement leadership capability with over 15 years’ experience across various industries including defence, pharmaceuticals, and heavy industry.
ABP Deputy CFO Mani Atwal said: “The Group Head of Procurement role has been created to further sustainable business growth through effective purchasing and supplier management, and to maintain close relationships with our vendors and suppliers to ensure the procurement process runs smoothly, providing them with the best possible experience.”
